As some of our products are highly individual and ordered-in prior to treatment, our staff will advise you if pre-payment is required before booking certain types of treatment. Certain sessions (e.g. initial consultations, laser treatments and baby scanning) require pre-payment as our medical specialists may attend the clinic on that day just to see that individual client.
Please note: Whilst many appointments are re-arranged with adequate notice without any additional charge, the Clinic reserves the right to decline full refunds for missed/cancelled appointments if the clinic is not afforded the courtesy of adequate prior notification (normally 14 days notice).
