You may be interested to note that many of the enquiries that we receive at The Clinic are from people who have not sought assistance from a medical clinic before.
Please do not put off contacting us - we have a rule "no question, (however obvious the answer) is ever considered silly" - we will have been asked most questions before and it is important that you feel comfortable about all aspects of your treatment before we start treating you.

If you are not yet registered and are applying to become a NEW patient, please fill in a registration form and we will send you details about how to book an appointment for a proper consultation. We receive lots of enquiries requesting a wide range of information from unregistered patients however please undestand that the doctor or nurse will normally need to answer questions in the context of a clinical consultation and cannot easily provide the benefits of a consultion by email or telephone (especially if they have not met the patient before). Registered patients are provided with online access to the appointment book in order to book apppointments. If you are not registered but wish to secure a consultation, please register online using the online contact form.
Voicemail Messages from new or prospective patients - we have the facility to record voicemail messages however most enquiries are answered more quickly by email.
